Good conditions currently mountain bikers and road cyclists in South Tyrol. For many years there has been not so early in the valley clear of snow cycling. The snowy winter in South Tyrol has been spared the valley up to 1000m from the snow. In Bozen you can already see the first green tufts of grass and many cyclists.
In the fall it has been raining a lot, so mountain bikers should be particularly careful sheets of ice in shady locations. The wet snow in December, has also knocked down many trees, therefore could be so many trail impassable.

We then drove to the bike as Pico della nieve, the Reventon and down to El Paso. For me it was the best descent of the whole week. Landscape and length the single track were very impressive. On the paved road we went right back quickly to Puerto Naos. At dinner in Don Quixote I would have preferred if the chef had cooked the chicken and vegetables themselves.

Conclusion:
La Palma is a dream for mountain bikers. Climate, trails and the tour guide Daniel and Harald Atlantic Cycling are all top notch. We had incredible fun and laughed like it was a long time. We are indeed a simple Tyrolean folk, but with humor ;-). What I liked even more is that we were at the end of the tour and the evening always together. Although we are in different houses were housed.
The rooms were ok for Canary conditions, sufficient for us completely because we were there only to sleep and shower. While eating one should stick to fish, potatoes and salad that tastes delicious always. We will come back, promised!!

In the last Years with more and more travel, mountain bikes came on the market. The driving technique has evolved with the free riders. Cool photos and videos heat up the mood, everyone wants to bike Sun Bike Mountaineer Harald Philipp is the second time for a single track course with us in Steineggerhof, he will show you how to properly biket. have at our holiday Plaetzwiese I visited my friends, Alfred and Charles. Together we have made a wonderful ski tour to the Little Gaisl (2859).
addition to the stunning panorama, we have also made some spectacular photos.
Bitter cold it was -18 degrees at initial in Plaetzwiese, at Ponticello on the road to Prato Piazza. We then climbed over the Kaserbachtal and a high plateau overlooking the Three Peaks, the Little Gaisl.
impressive was the fantastic panoramic view at the top: From Großvenediger, Rieserferner in the north, with Plätzwiese Düren stone Fanes Senes Alm, Seekofel, Cristallo, Tofana and thousands of other peaks.
The descent in fluffy powder snow was already almost impossible to beat. After a quick photo shoot then a second rise followed by a very steep slope on the Fosses Riedl (2454) with an even steeper descent. Ross on the hut, we went back again the Plaetzwiese. Temperature: -16 °
